Screw Wire
This unit with several wire traction machines and using best raw materials can produce wires that rivet and screw manufacturers need. With 2 to 12 (mm) dimeter. This unit’s products have the best surface quality and customer’s orders is offered as 50 to 330 kg coils and accuracy of +/- 0/01 mm mm in dimeter in short time.
Technical Characteristics
Basically, we use screws to connect and tighten two pieces, so the necessary force for closing the screws is not the same in different pieces. For example tightening screws in home appliances is very different than in car tire and this difference shows that all the screws are not under the same pressure, thus they can have different strength and be manufactured due to their use. For manufacturing screws that need less force, in other word they are not exposed to hit and cut, so normal low carbon steels (called iron screws) are being used. And also screws that are under more and bigger forces needs more strength, and for this we manufacture the screws with raw materials that can strengthen them and this only can be done by alloy steel. Alloy steels can have different strength and hardness due to their carbon amount, or other elements, or production ways. This put them in different grades.
