Thanks to modern wire drawing machines and appropriate chemical and raw material due to importance of surface quality, this unit be able to manufacture high quality copper coated wire from 1.2 to 9 (mm) diameter formed as a coil or spool.

Technical Characteristics
Coating process happens before last wire drawing continuously and in general ordered by subcategory industries such as home appliances.
Copper coated specification:
- Clean, brilliant and lubricant free
- Suitable for electro plating
- Good conductors for electricity, in some extensive welding operation, it doesn’t make lots of smoke caused by welding and fat burnings because wirelines are lubricant free and etc.
Wire’s coat is micron scale and it corrode in high humidity.
